Today I'm going to write about another store at our mall, Wanda's. I love this store. Why? because i'm a acessories's addict and Wanda Umarov makes great women's accessoiries: his handbags are great!!. Nearly all the handbags change colour, and all are transfer, this is good for make excellent gifts with good prices.

Wanda's also have clothes, shapes, medals, cheerleader outfits... Go to see these nice things!!

LITTLE DREAMS

Little Dreams its more than a shop, here the dreams of having a family becomes true. You can buy a lot of accesories for you and your baby, also clothes for pregnancy.

But the most fabulous of Little Dreams is that their owners (Luz Colman and Memi Oliva) are no only designers,they are also doctors. They have a maternity clinic with an ultrasound room and they make monitoring of your pregnancy.

All of their service are personalized: the baby, shapes, ultrasound scans...

Now its time to be a mum!!

There're a new shop at Dreamsland Mall, M.H.M its a tattoo and accessories shop. Tecnopot Botha, is the owner and this is his first shop at SecondLife, for this reason if you want an original tattoo or belt come here...all are great. I love his metal and dark style

Hair Fair 2008

Hair Fair 2008 starts today, through September 7th.The purpose of the fair is to bring together Second Life’s hair designers and to showcase their talent and creativity in an expo style event,Hair Fair is also a charity event that benefits a wonderful cause, Locks of Love.

Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under age 18 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis. theymeet a unique need for children by using donated hair to create the highest quality hair prosthetics.

Great designers are at hair fair: Pazazz, MMS, KIN, Goldie Locks, Magika...

Street Market at Dreamsland

All the Fridays, Dreamsland celebrates its street market. A lot of people come to put their things to sold, it’s a free market, people don’t need to pay for put their things and have the possibility of put 20 prims for free.
It’s a good occasion to sold things that you have at your inventory and you don’t need, or if you are a creator, for put your own things.
The last Friday the street market was full, 13 shops…wohohoh that's nuts!.
On this market you can buy so different things: complements, clothes, trees, stuff for your home…

Next Fryday more and better ;)

Svenolbers

Today I have another nice shop for comment.

I change my appearance often and I have a lot of dresses and different outfits, but always my problem is the same: complements…I never know what shoes are more suitable, or what belt is better…but now I don’t have this problem, now I only need to go to Svenolbers and choose one…all are fabulous!!

La Buhardilla:Poses and Animations

When we look for poses and animations, we always go to same places, at the oldest times Bit and Boobs was one of the most useful places for me... but now, many people and new brand have begun to make poses and AO's, but it is the same we stop at the same places. So is refreshing to know new people making poses...and even custom poses.

He has not the name of many pose designers, but believe me.. He is really good, I have buyed some poses for home, and the movements are smooth, without weird effects, that I must say, I have seen at many kiss animations. Do you need drunk party AO?... he has!!, well, perhaps no many people needs it, but it will be a nice thing for your brez day... lol

The best?,, he makes custom and furniture poses, at his shop has some examples that you can try, at least this time my face do not appear inside my partner's face...

Fashion is not only dresses or shoes, skins at SL too, fashion is all that things around dresses that make one absolutely perfect.... and jewellery is one of them.


It is allways said that diamonds are for ever, and yes.. I think they are women's best friend, lol. A necklace can make a dress perfect, or can make it horrible, so it is important to choose it as best as possible.


There are many at SL, but I like the ones at GB jewellery , they are small, like I like, with or without bling, and not very expensive, the best trade between quality and price. I took some photos of her work and shop

Mariela Ferris skins...

Wear a skin, so that you feel comfortable is an important issue, for me is perhaps the most important one at SL. I know that each one has his own mood and preferences, so I will talk about mines.

What do I look when I want to buy a skin? First the face, it has not to change my face very much, a bit is ok, but not to make a new face, I like mine :) and I have seen many that change all face features, second the lips must be defined, clearly defined and the eyes must be huge, I don’t mind if the face has lashes or not, but the eyes must be seen. About freckles, as I don’t have at rl I don’t usually look for, but a face with freckles... is more innocent, the makeup is important too, to a skin that I use all day I don’t like red...red... red lips, no! perhaps by night or special moments, I prefer a soft pink or even natural, btw if a skin has a weird makeup I don’t look anymore... to say in a few words.. All the face must be natural.

The body must be fit at least at tummy place, I use to do sport at RL and I like, yes. Yes, at least a bit of muscles at that part and the butt must be defined... really defined. I don’t like flat textures. As I have seen a lot, that is not real, the skin has to be shades and brilliant zones, a flat texture all over the body is a thing that make me not to buy a skin, the nipples has to be defined too, clearly seen when you are nude.

As the place where I live is a sunny place, I used to wear tanned skins... and after all the things I have said, it seems the most difficult thing for most designers... tanned is not violet, tanned is not rainbow colours... tanned is not red!!! Please tanned is tanned! I think many people have not seen a tanned person at all their life, I can say the same for light colours. Please the human skin is not white! even at northern countries... how about a soft pink all over the body?

Well, you can say it is moods, but I use to dance at a strip club and know pretty well what people likes at a skin... :))

Recently I have discovered a skin designer that meet almost all things I like, only the body colour, too light for me, but when she make a more tanned one, I am sure I am going to use as my usual skin.

Sven Olbers, Heel - less Shoes

He has been making shoes for almost a year. First time I saw his work , I really liked and did so much that used one of his models for my wedding. I have been seen how he has evolved from those early works to the present, when he can make really exciting works, like these ones... I am sure you have seen at real life celebrities "Heel-Less" shoes. I agree they are difficult to wear at RL, I agree,, but... not At SL!!... wooohoo.. I love SL (sometimes...), I wear then in multiple events, and at each one.. my shoes holds all the attention.

But he not only make shoes... look at the belt, it perfectly fit with whatever casual outift, like this shirt and leggins that I used today to feel comfy at home.

Shapes

Own shape is an important issue at SL life. Our body shape usually experiment many changes, as we are older and older at SL. Many people make their own shapes, using SL tools, but some ones, like me are no so skilful and needs to buy one... and it will be really hard to do, as there are many shape designers at SL and it depends on own moods.

Many of the shapes are sold with designers skins, as this will be a good thing as the skin perfectly matches the shape, when you try a new skin the final result may be awful, that is the reason I prefer shapes that are not made for one particular skin, a more general one... where you can try skins getting, not a perfect match but a good, and some times really good one.

Sofia Corleone, an Argentinean builder and shape designer, has some really nice shapes at her shop, a nice white building built by her, some of then are from famous people at real life, but the ones I like are those that not are getting from real life...

Back again...

After two weeks of hard work, we have opened again Dreamsland mall, or better to say Dreamsland Place. Like our first attempt we tried to made a unic place where not only shopping, more to hang on, so we did not focused on have many shops, but a good ones, and that the people who goes there enjoy the place too.

Now it is building in two sims, openspace ones... thanks linden for lower the prices.One of the sims has the mall, but almost 2/3 parts of it is sea, so you can sail on it and enjoy the sunset... mmmm.. like the photo. The other part of the mall is at a forest sim, a mediterranean forest with pines, olives and so on, I do not like those SL forest where you are not able to walk and see.

In a future there will be an sculpture exhibition from lilu deluca's work, a really good argentinian artist.

And shops... yes.. really nice shops from spanish desginers and some ones from erupean countries, where ou can find a lot of outfits, to be casual, to be sexy, to be comfy, like the one i wear. An outfit just to hang with your friends feeling fine and cute as same time, the top not too short or revealing and the pants... uufff... i like the butt they make... lol

At the other photo I am at his shop, where you can see tha he has a lot of outfits, despite other desginers the prices is really good, and the quality is as well as the price. I have several ones more that I will be showing on future posts.

For those special days...

Sometimes I get myself at a dominat mood, I am not used to be, many people thinks that I am sweet girl, perhaps too much, lol, but when I see an outfit like this, all my wild side gets out, feelin savage and sexy... and I have to say a really dominant woman

What I really like from this outfit is the mix between leather and sheer textures, the leather work is really incredible with detaill profusion, not just plain as I have seen at other leather outfits. The corset is enough sheer, just to suggets that important part of your body, suggesting more than revealing, letting you to show a provocative feeling.







The outfit is fullfiled with sheer socks and gloves, and last but not least at all dominant outfits.... a whip!, well I know, the whip itself is only as decorative one, it has no animation on it, but as at all the outfit it is made with great detail.







I have to say that this outfit has another one with long pants and coat, this time without sheer corset so you can use to walks at SL streets or roleplay as Gorean or even medieval times, or... just like me an outfit nice enough to wear.

Fair time....

Spring is fair time at Andalucia, a region at the south of Spain. When weather becomes warm and before too hot, lol, at many cities and villages arise fairground like small towns with typical buildings called "casetas".

Is at those places where people used to hang, dance, talk and enjoy day and mainly night. At some places those buildings belongs to a group and so only people who belongs to that group, and their guests, can go into, but there are free places too, where everyone who wants to enjoy can enter, there you can eat and drink or just take a look to what is happening, do it with a dry sherry glass on your hand is like to be at heaven. Another way to socialize is just as simple as walk all around the fairground.

Dance is an important part of these events, and if you want really feel what this fair is about, you must try, don’t be shy and join Spanish people, and if you wear the typical gown called "farales" you will have fun and a nice good time, I bet!!

As SL is becoming more popular in Spain, we have also these fairs at SL, and nothing better than wear a "farales" gown. On the contrary of most regional gowns, this one will make you feel cute and sexy, as they are not overdone ones, planned to enhance female beauty. Sure you can wear male pants and vests, it is another option too, and now many girls tend to do. Any outfit you choose can help to really enjoy from inside.

At Sevilla's fair I choosed a gown made by Candela Peffer, one of the best Spanish desginers at SL, you can find at her shop many other desgins, from different cities, as each city tend to use colours and floral desings in a different way. What I like more at this outfit is the work at the top and the way she mesh colours.

Yush Designs

The first time I met Yurena Shan and saw her work, her first designs almost a year ago at her first shop, I inmediatly felt in love, risque and sexy skirts and shirts but with an innocence touch on them.

I missed her as we grow at SL world, and only know from her by the friend list, but few days ago, with less to do at SL, decided to return to her shop, and what I see was awesome, new dresses, outfits that develop her ideas about woman touch at SL. At all her new desings remains the same sexy and sometimes hot touch, but with a better skill. She has really grown and now the outfits really makes you cute, or innocent... or... like a girl ready to kill. Other thing I found is that she has began to make guys outfits, wich are really hard to find at SL.

It was hard for me to decide which one, and cause that evening I had a job interview at SL at last I choosed the one I wear at the photos, a Little and cute red dress. Just a few seconds to edit the prims skirt to my avie size, and go!

Hello World...

Wow! Another fashion blog! I know... I know there are many fashion blogs and perhaps mine would be an unnecessary effort, but I think it is not totally true.

I have been reading, and most times used to buy, many of the fashion blogs of SL and with some exceptions, I really think that the hispanic design world is underrepresented at those blogs.

So that is what I am going to do.... find, review and show what those designers are doing. In most cases they are doing a great work, but as all things at the web if it is not showed, it is almost like if you do not exist.

Also I will show the malls and shops where their work can be seen and buy, like the one which shares the name with this blog, DreamsLand Mall, a place I built and where many hispanic designers have their shops.

I know that my english is far from been perfect, and I beg your pardon. I will improve it as I write this blog.
